The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Using a CRS is comparable to the difference in using a bookkeeper or a CPA. CRS designees are members of the Council of Residential Specialists, a vast network of other CRS designees and candidates. This network is an invaluable tool, for your Realtor to confidently locate Realtor who is a perfect fit, for you in another area when you are relocating.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 38,000 active CRS Designees.
